The Business Master

Platform (BMP) is a strategic global initiative of Allianz. BMP aims to design, build, and provide standardized general business solutions to Allianz Operating Entities (OEs) across countries. The objective of BMP is to harmonize core insurance processes, increase operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable scalable digital capabilities across markets.

Work on a global, high-impact platform used across multiple countries Bring AI-driven innovation into real business solutions Be part of a company recognized as a Top Employer and Great Place to Work Grow your expertise in a modern, agile, and learning-driven environment Design and develop end-to-end AI-enabled applications across frontend, backend, and data layers Build and maintain modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments Ensure alignment with Allianz architecture, security, and quality standards Strong experience in Full Stack Development Backend: Java (Spring Boot, Spring ecosystem), REST APIs, event-driven systems (Kafka) Frontend: JavaScript / TypeScript, Angular or similar frameworks Databases:
