Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Linux RHEL servers and Ubuntu Workstation, and in designing, deploying, and maintaining Linux-based (virtualized) infrastructure ;
- Hands-on experience with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages ;
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Bind, Apache, MySQL, LDAP, anti-malware solutions etc.
- .

Desirable
- Familiarity with load balancing, firewalls, etc ;
- Strong grasp on configuration management tools, such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef ;
- Ability to identify project /program needs and develop strong technical, innovative solutions for addressing use of existing and future computing resources.

Duties/role:

Executing standard operational procedures, including infrastructure configuration, installation,



and maintenance ;

Using infrastructure management tools to collect and report on load and performance statistics, and to automate the provisioning, testing, and deployment of new and changed infrastructure ;

Contributing to the implementation of maintenance and installation activities.
