Overview In this role you will contribute to the IV&V; testing of tactical communications in a multidisciplinary lab setting, bridging virtual environments and physical rigs to ensure mission-critical systems perform reliably. You will work within the Flight & Integration Test Centre to support defense programs across Europe, solving complex integration challenges and driving robust test outcomes. You will shape test scenarios, manage lab equipment, and produce actionable reports that inform root-cause analyses.

Responsabilidades Define and build rig test cases, procedures, and requirements for integration rigs

Create test datasets, simulation requirements, test scripts, and tactical scenarios

Execute rig tests, manage pre-run activities (crypto/software loading) and live operation with lab equipment

Assess post-test system behavior and produce comprehensive test reports; support root-cause investigations





Manage equipment and system issues through configuration/tracking tools (DOORS, Octane, FTNet)

Specify and qualify ad-hoc tools for decoding, recording, translation, emulation, and automation

Requisitos principales 2 to 6 years of experience in system testing, IV&V;, or hands-on rig testing

Educational background in Telecommunications, Radiocommunications, Electronics, or Aeronautical Engineering

Deep understanding of tactical datalinks and connectivity systems (Link 16/22, VMF, SATCOM, ALIMS)

Hands-on proficiency with lab test equipment (MIL-STD-1553 bus analyzers, sniffers, datalink simulators)

Experience in requirement partitioning, test data creation, and traceability management

Proactive problem solver with a can-do mindset
