Overview In this role you will lead the identification, assessment, and acceleration of critical talent to strengthen leadership continuity and succession readiness. You will transform talent data and leadership conversations into clear business decisions and actionable development plans. Based in Bilbao, you will coordinate with senior leaders to ensure disciplined follow-up and impactful outcomes that support the organization's growth and transformation.

Responsabilidades

Lead and continuously improve the annual talent review process and calibration sessions with senior leaders

Identify critical roles and develop robust succession plans with readiness and risk mitigation

Define evidence-based frameworks for assessing performance, contribution, and potential

Facilitate talent discussions with senior leadership and ensure reviews translate into development, mobility, retention, and succession actions

Design and monitor targeted development plans for successors, high-potential talent, and leaders in key positions

Build and maintain leadership pools and succession pipelines across levels, functions, and geographies

Increase visibility of talent beyond traditional candidates to broaden future leadership options

Assess leadership and succession risks and translate data into actionable decisions with clear ownership and governance





Define and monitor metrics evaluating leadership pipelines, readiness, and impact of development initiatives

Collaborate with People Partners, L&D;, Talent Acquisition and business leaders to align succession planning with growth and transformation priorities

Requisitos principales 7 to 10 years of experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Organizational Development or related areas

Proven track record designing and facilitating talent reviews with executives and senior leaders

Strong knowledge of succession planning methodologies, critical role assessment, and leadership assessment frameworks

Experience turning talent review outcomes into practical development, mobility, retention and succession actions

Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge leaders constructively

Experience in industrial, engineering, technology or advanced manufacturing environments is highly valued

Exposure to methodologies such as Korn Ferry, Learning Agility, Success Profiles or Assessment Centres is desirable

Previous experience in international and multicultural organizations

Fluent in English and Spanish influencing stakeholder management business partnering talent analytics risk management in talent succession planning frameworks
