In our Barcelona's office, we are looking for Tax Specialist who will be assisting and executing procedures in order to ensure tax compliance obligations at a group level as well as giving support to the International Tax Responsible. Review and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations across the jurisdictions in which the company operates. Verify the tax implications of commercial, financial, and intercompany transactions.

Calculate, review, and document tax positions related to direct and indirect taxes. Oversee the timely fulfillment of recurring tax compliance and reporting obligations. Supervise of GRC controls in order to guarantee the correct application of SOX tax policy application in the group.

Review group tax budgets and strategic plans. Settle the accounting and tax information from group companies. Prepare, control and monitor fiscal reporting of foreign companies with SOX compliance.
