Overview

As Tech Lead Engineer, you will combine people leadership with hands-on technical delivery to guide a multidisciplinary engineering team. You'll drive key technology projects and ensure high-quality software aligned with business goals. You'll shape architecture, CI/CD, and cloud solutions while mentoring engineers and coordinating with stakeholders. Responsabilidades Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, overseeing career development and agile delivery

Balance technical oversight and architecture with team management and stakeholder coordination

Design and oversee backend applications and microservices using .NET Core

Define and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions

Manage infrastructure via Terraform (IaC) and Kubernetes

Architect scalable Azure PaaS cloud solutions and core enterprise services

Oversee software testing, code quality,



and technical documentation

Drive technical strategy, resolve architectural blockers, and lead cross-functional initiatives

Requisitos principales Degree in Information Technology or equivalent

Experience leading technical teams and managing agile processes

Strong proficiency in .NET Core, microservices, and scalable app development

Hands-on or oversight experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and Terraform

Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS and core cloud services

Ability to connect high-level decisions with practical execution and optimization

Nice-to-Have: familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lakes
