We are looking for a Tech Lead who wants to join us from day one, take ownership of the technical direction and help us build a high-performing engineering team from scratch. Create a strong engineering culture focused on quality, ownership and continuous improvement.

Design scalable, secure and resilient AWS architectures. Drive technical decisions across Python, React and AWS. Bring software into an industrial environment Integrate software risk management into NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.

Contribute to FMEA activities and ensure software solutions meet industrial safety and reliability requirements.

Champion

DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability and reliable deployments. Collaborate within a SAFe environment, including PI Planning and cross-team coordination. Technical interview with the team responsible for the project. 8 years of experience in Software Engineering , with at least 2--3 years in a Tech Lead or technical leadership position. ~ Strong hands-on knowledge of Python and React. ~ Solid experience designing architectures in AWS. ~ Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices. ~ Previous experience working in industrial or engineering environments. ~ Experience with SAFe or another scaled Agile framework. ~ Fluent English and confidence working in international environments.
