As a Field Application Specialist (d/f/m) you will be responsible for supporting customers of all the assays and reagents from the Roche Sequencing Solutions product portfolio. You will be the direct contact for application-related inquiries from our field staff and our customers in hospitals, research and private laboratories.

You will become part of a highly qualified service team and will be working closely with the wider team and all other areas of Roche to provide excellent support for our customers. Application support for all Roche Sequencing Products and Assays Installation support and customer training for Roche Sequencing Systems together with the Service team Co-creating and conducting customer application trainings Assisting the local sales and marketing organizations with your expertise Monitoring the service processes and overall product/system quality Attending internal meetings and events (remotely and in person) as well as external events (seminars, conferences etc) Monitoring our service processes and overall product/system quality You strive under pressure, working effectively as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.



With strong analytical skills, you are at ease working with technical, scientific and numeric information.

Due to regional deployment planning and travel times, you should ideally live in close proximity to an international airport, preferably Madrid or Barcelona. Furthermore, you hold a valid driver's license and have a high willingness to travel to support our customers in other European countries.
