We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented architect to join our design team within the real estate development business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets. You will work across all design stages with a focus on technical development - from RIBA Stage 3 through construction, ensuring that the project's quality, constructability, and coordination are preserved throughout.

Personal engagement in RIBA 3-5 will be around 75%, with early-stage design support and feasibility input up to 25%.



We expect you to be highly proficient in Revit (including parametric families, freeform modeling, and terrain modeling), with strong BIM coordination experience. Rhino, AutoCAD, and Enscape are a plus.

Deliver technical design for high-end hospitality projects, ensuring buildability and coordination Develop and manage coordinated Revit models and construction documentation Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interiors using BIM / Navisworks Prepare tender and construction-stage documentation aligned with codes and specifications Maintain quality control of models and drawings; Guide BIM modelers and contribute to internal technical standards and workflows Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture ~Experience working on low-rise residential and hospitality projects - private homes and villas, hotels and resorts ~ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Nawisworks ~ Professional level of English, both written and verbal Integral project exposure — contribute to luxury hospitality developments across Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
