Overview

As a Customer Solution Manager Associate, you build lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and tailoring Avature solutions. You collaborate with account managers to align on requirements and add value through customized configurations. You manage assignments, move configurations from test to production, and produce relevant reports while conducting QA.

You operate in Málaga or Valencia, using AI tools to stay ahead and communicating effectively in English and German to support enterprise customers.

Responsabilidades Meet with account managers to understand scope and timelines





Coordinate and manage team assignments from case creation to resolution

Configure customized Avature solutions, including production deployment from test environments

Analyze and create relevant reports to support customer needs

Run QA tests to ensure configurations function as intended

Requisitos principales Fluent in English and German
