You will guide the Ground Segment Software development and ensure integration across system components, while shaping proposals in the SATCOM domain. Responsabilidades Assist the Technical Director in overseeing technical activities and strategic planning

Lead development of Ground Segment Software and ensure component integration

Lead SATCOM-related proposals and bid responses

Analyze requirements, build detailed project plans, manage scope, budget, and schedule





Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve technical processes

Conduct regular technical reviews and provide improvement insights

Stay updated with latest tech advancements and apply relevant updates

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Requisitos principales 10+ years in Ground Segment Software development with a system-level perspective

Proven experience delivering complex projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and leadership skills; collaborative mindset

High level of English; basic French

Proficiency with Kubernetes, microservices, and modern software practices

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Knowledge of SATCOM technologies: DTP, BFN, OBP, 5G, LEO routing, link budgets, RF basics leadership cross-functional collaboration strategic thinking
