Scopely is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Global team in Barcelona on a flexible hybrid basis! We are a global team of game lovers developing, publishing and innovating within the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world every day. The team works across Scopely's portfolio to support data-informed decision-making, operational effectiveness and the delivery of scalable technical solutions.

It collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Revenue Operations to ensure that initiatives are clearly defined, thoroughly tested and successfully delivered into live environments.

The Technical Project

Manager will drive technical and data-related initiatives, manage cross-functional communication and ensure smooth execution across multiple stakeholders. This role partners closely with game teams, internal technology teams and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions, improve processes and strengthen measurement and reporting capabilities across the organisation. Drive the end-to-end execution of technical data-related projects.

Manage project timelines, risks and dependencies, proactively identifying issues and implementing mitigation plans. Communicate project status, risks, insights and opportunities clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams. Own and maintain clear, structured documentation relating to technical processes, data flows, reporting requirements and best practices using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Support data quality, governance and compliance activities by helping to identify inconsistencies, monitor issues and coordinate resolutions. Contribute to the reporting and analysis of performance trends to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making. 5+ years of experience in technical project management or a related field. ~ Excellent communication,



organisation and stakeholder management skills. ~ Experience working with software development, data or analytics teams and managing projects. ~ Experience in mobile gaming, digital products, marketing analytics, monetisation or revenue operations is a plus.
