In this role you design and implement automation pipelines and API integrations to streamline enterprise data flows. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify manual processes and translate them into automated solutions, shaping scalable workflows. You’ll build with modern automation-first tools and contribute to a technology-led retail environment. You will directly influence efficiency, reliability, and observability of production automation and APIs, partnering closely with IT, data, and business teams.

- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows and integration pipelines using n8n, Make, Azure Logic Apps or equivalents
- Develop and consume REST/GraphQL APIs to enable seamless data flows between business systems
- Integrate internal and external platforms (ERP, CRM, HR, M365, custom services) through automation and iPaaS-style patterns
- Identify repetitive manual processes, run workshops with business teams,



and translate findings into automated solutions
- Maintain reliability, error handling, retry logic, and observability of automation workflows in production
- Produce clear technical documentation: architecture diagrams, data flow maps, and runbooks
- Work closely with IT, data, and business teams in an Agile environment
- 3–5 years of experience in software development, API integration, or process automation
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar automation/workflow tools
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, JSON, and data transformation techniques
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to map and re-engineer business processes
