In this role you will lead QA efforts on a high-impact financial technology project, ensuring quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape testing strategy and promote QA best practices. You will drive test automation efforts and collaborate with DEV/DevOps to maximize coverage. This position offers a chance to influence quality culture and deliver robust trading technology solutions.

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in a QA lead role
• Ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs
• Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC and the QA role within it
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
