Overview In this Technical Service Lead role, you will steer technical service across the EMEA region for the Packaging Coatings segment, leading a team and coordinating trials and customer support. Lead technical assistance to major customers and provide trial support Apply Best-in-Class line trial and plant audit methodologies (Secure Launch, PPG quality tools) Deliver training programmes to broaden skills within PPG and at customer facilities Partner with equipment suppliers to enhance technical support capability Provide post-conversion technical support to maintain plant relationships and resolve problems (Kepner-Tregoe) Use Technical Support SharePoint site to share data globally Collaborate with Segment Support labs for trial can items and local development Minimum 5 years in a technical support or service role in coatings or packaging English professional level technical service and trial execution Kepner-Tregoe problem analysis
