Company Description MSXI TA Team is growing! As a result, we are building a future talent pool of professionals with strong language skills to join our dynamic, international team. Do you speak one or more foreign languages fluently and have experience in recruitment or other professional fields?

Actively partnering with our regional and local stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process, improving the effectiveness of the selection while providing a great candidate experience. You will also be the first point of contact for the European Hiring Managers and/or Local HR managers when it comes to defining recruitment needs, sourcing, and screening approach and improving the process. Partner with hiring managers and Talent Specialist in the markets to identify position requirements and develop/deploy tailored recruitment strategies.

Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies.



These may include timeliness, accuracy, quality, tone, error-rate, and/or others. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) and an additional language knowledge is a strong advantage German, Swedish, Dutch.

At least 2 years' experience in Recruitment preferably in an international company and/or shared services HR function.

Experience in ATS systems.
