consistency and competitiveness of warehouse automation solutions throughout the entire pre-sales and design lifecycleTransforming and scaling the division to support business units worldwide by establishing the structures, processes, methods and tools required for international growthPromoting standardisation, reusability and continuous improvement of design and engineering practices to enhance quality and efficiency at scaleNurturing and developing talent - coaching leaders, building capabilities and fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration and personal responsibilityDesired qualifications and experience You Are a Visionary Leader Who Sets The Direction And Inspires Others In a Positive Way.
