Experteer Overview
In this role you will help build the OneMesh data and AI platform, delivering full-stack and platform services that connect users to data and AI capabilities. You’ll work within a cross-functional Digital Data Team on scalable, cloud-native solutions deployed globally. The position offers mentorship and exposure to cutting-edge tech, with a focus on impact and societal outcomes. You’ll thrive in a hybrid, fast-moving environment shaping transformative tools for healthcare.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Develop full-stack applications and platform services using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python (FastAPI) across data UI, tools, and AI-powered apps
• Design robust REST and GraphQL APIs enabling teams to access data and AI features and integrate with Sanofi digital products
• Implement AI/GenAI patterns (LLMs, RAG, agents) and build reusable platform primitives for faster, safer development
• Deploy and operate cloud-native apps on OpenShift (Kubernetes) and AWS with GitOps and Terraform-based IaC
• Champion production readiness with security controls, observability, health checks, metrics, and alerting
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, participate in code reviews, and contribute to engineering standards
• Collaborate with data engineers,



ML practitioners, product teams, and stakeholders to translate platform capabilities into user-friendly features

Responsabilidades
• Proven track record building software products, backend systems, or cloud-native applications
• Experience in internal platform teams or data-driven application development is a plus
• Strong command of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Python (FastAPI), Terraform, React, Node.js, TypeScript
• Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, RDS, Bedrock), Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Redis, and message brokering
• CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions)
• GenAI/LLM application patterns knowledge is advantageous
• Mindset of ownership, adaptability, and service orientation; comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Excellent English communication and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
