Experteer Overview
In this hybrid/onsite role you apply intermediate knowledge of PMS/RA/QA frameworks within the EMEA distribution network. You work with regional teams to ensure regulatory alignment and drive continuous improvement across RAQA activities. You prepare for audits, manage documentation, and communicate requirements to multiple stakeholders. The position offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and regulatory processes at scale within a global medical devices company.

• Execute PMS/RA/QA activities in line with defined procedures
• Collect, organize, and maintain RAQA intelligence files across local, regional, and global levels
• Identify need for new regulatory procedures and SOPs and participate in their development and implementation
• Support continuous improvement across RAQA initiatives
• Prepare PMS/RA/QA metrics for reporting and provide support to EMEA/Country RAQA teams
• Coordinate and lead PMS/RA/QA activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Prepare for meetings with regulatory agencies and internal/external audits




• Communicate PMS/RA/QA requirements to other departments and business units
• Engage with regulators and key stakeholders on routine and complex matters
• Create clarity amid complexity and develop practical solutions
• Seek diverse input and apply it to improvements
• Ensure high attention to detail and adherence to processes
• Utilize MS Office and other IT tools for documentation and reporting
• Contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous learning

Responsabilidades
• 0-2 years of experience
• BSc degree in relevant field
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on complex tasks
• Clear and effective communication across the EMEA organization and stakeholders
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English; local language where applicable
• Preparation for regulatory meetings and audits with minimal support
