As Engineering Manager, you will lead teams shaping Flywire’s core payments architecture and scale our distributed, high-availability systems. You’ll balance strategic technical direction with people leadership, enabling AI-driven automation to improve payments compliance and risk. You’ll partner with Product, QA and SRE to align roadmaps and deliver impact at general scale.
