We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a private family office. This is a fully remote role within a small team. You'll source across a range of areas — private household and lifestyle staff, finance, and legal consultants.What You'll Do:Run the full recruitment cycle end-to-end, from intake call to closed offerSource and map candidates across private household/lifestyle roles, finance, and legal consultants — proactively, rather than relying only on inbound applicationsManage candidate communication with discretion, given the sensitivity of a family office environmentScreen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and fitPartner with hiring stakeholders to define role briefs and interview processesTrack pipeline progress and flag risks or bottlenecks earlyNegotiate offers and manage the closing process with candidatesKeep candidate and role data accurate and up to dateRequirements2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally end-to-end / full-cycleFluent in English and Russian, spoken and writtenExperience with family offices,
