Experteer Overview As HR Manager for the Martorell JIT Plant you drive people strategy to align with production goals. You partner with the Plant Manager and Corporate HR to manage labor relations, planning, talent development and HR governance in a fast-paced plant. You’ll lead policy execution, recruitment, onboarding and development while safeguarding data privacy and compliance. Your work fuels engagement, inclusion and operational excellence at the plant. - Implement HR policies, programs and initiatives across the plant
- Manage labor relations including works council, unions and negotiations
- Oversee payroll, hiring, records, time/attendance and personnel administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and governance
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, succession planning and development
- Develop and manage workforce planning,



headcount forecasting and staffing
- Monitor HR metrics, trends and KPIs
- Manage annual HR budget and personnel costs
- Represent the company before labor authorities and liaise with legal/corporate functions
- Promote employee engagement, teamwork, diversity and inclusion
- Coordinate GDPR-related activities and ensure plant-level data privacy complianceResponsabilidades
- +5 years of HR management experience
- Strong expertise in labor relations, collective bargaining and union negotiations
- Bachelor in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law or equivalent experience
- Fluent English and Spanish with strong communication and stakeholder management
