In this role you will manage and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors platform to support integral HR processes within Schwarz Group. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability, integrate SuccessFactors with SAP ERP and other systems, and extend BTP services. You’ll translate complex tech into actionable documentation and training, shaping scalable HR IT solutions in a dynamic retail tech environment.
