Experteer Overview
As a Process Mining Consultant, you will analyze transactional data from SAP and other sources to reveal how processes are actually executed and identify improvement opportunities. You will enable end-to-end visibility across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, translating analytics into actionable recommendations. You’ll build dashboards, define KPIs, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to implement measurable changes. This role sits within a global, tech-focused consultancy that values data-driven transformation.

• Extract, model, and prepare event logs from SAP and other sources
• Build and configure analyses in Celonis and/or SAP Signavio Process Intelligence
• Reconstruct As-Is processes and identify variants, deviations, and rework
• Calculate and monitor process KPIs and statistics (throughput time, cycle time, waiting time, rework rate, automation rate, conformance)
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes with quantified impacts
• Design dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making




• Present findings and improvement plans to business and IT stakeholders
• Measure impact of actions and perform continuous follow-up
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams, data engineering teams, and process owners

Responsabilidades
• 3-5+ years of Process Mining, process analysis, or process intelligence experience
• Hands-on experience building analyses in Celonis and/or SAP Signavio Process Intelligence
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling/processing experience
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA data
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing end-to-end processes
• Ability to define KPIs and translate data analysis into business recommendations
• Professional level English for an international environment
