Let's get in touch.What you'll be doing Developing ESG risk management frameworksSetting standards for managing ESG risk, including risk appetite, balance sheet management,



and impact assessments/responses to changes in ESG regulationsDeveloping and maintaining risk management policies, procedures, limits, stress testing capabilities, analytics, system support, and reporting infrastructureEngaging and challenging first-line businesses to identify, monitor, and govern emerging ESG risks, including new product risk assessmentsModelling ESG risks under climate stress scenarios with appropriate assumptions and calibrationsMonitoring ESG risk exposures vs. established limits, investigating risk events, producing related MI reports, and escalating breaches to the appropriate committeeEstablishing relationships with senior stakeholders to enforce current risk management frameworks, identify emerging risks, and provide effective challengeWhat you'll need 3+ years of experience in ESG or climate risk managementExpertise in ESG risk issues and methodologies, with experience developing and implementing climate risk stress testingAn understanding of integral financial markets, products, and linkages to ESG/climate factorsKnowledge of ESG-related regulations and their application/impact in financial servicesAn understanding of various stress testing methodologies, and experience with model development, implementation, and governanceThe ability to break down complex problems into smaller onesTo enjoy working with data to facilitate your workThe ability to work independently, exercise good judgement, and drive changeExcellent interpersonal skillsNice to have Experience with SQL or other scripting languages#J-18808-Ljbffr
