Experteer Overview As a Principal Software Engineer on the Elasticsearch - Search Infra team, you define and drive the core search infrastructure for Elasticsearch. You will shape the long-term technical direction, contribute to indexing, retrieval, and relevance, and mentor a integral group of engineers. You’ll turn research in search internals into scalable, high-performance systems and collaborate with product teams to align roadmap with user needs.
