and services- Learn how to use reservation systems and booking platforms- Help ensure all bookings are correctly entered and updated in the system- Assist in coordinating with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals- Learn to manage cancellations, modifications, and special requests- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional communication style- Observe and apply hotel standards and procedures in all interactionsWhat are we looking for?- A current university or school student related to Hospitality, Tourism, xqziphu or Business- Fluent in Spanish and English- Strong communication and organizational skills- Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn- Available for a 6-month full-time internship- Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school- Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university approved for internships within the EUYour benefits- Paid Internship- Staff meals during the working shifts- Mentorship and hands-on career-building experience
