, an exciting new five-star lifestyle resort launching in Ibiza.
This is a significant opportunity for an experienced F&B; leader to help shape the food, beverage and entertainment experience of a new luxury destination from the ground up.

The Opportunity
Reporting into the resort leadership team, the

Director of Food & Beverage

will take overall responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the resort's F&B; operation.
With oversight across

restaurants, bars, and pool,



in-room dining and events

, you will build and lead a high-performing team while creating distinctive guest experiences for an international clientele.
As part of the pre-opening team, you will also play an important role in bringing the ZEST F&B; concepts to life ahead of launch.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading the overall F&B; strategy and day-to-day operation across the resort
Driving revenue, profitability, cost control and payroll performance
Working closely with the

Executive Chef

on food quality, presentation and concept delivery
Leading restaurant, bar, pool and events operations
Developing menus, pricing, beverage strategies and service standards
Recruiting, developing and inspiring an outstanding F&B; leadership and operational team
Working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Events to maximise commercial opportunities
Delivering exceptional experiences for international, VIP and high
