Overview In this role you manage all vendor-related aspects of global clinical trials at ICON Plc. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement trial protocols and ensure timelines, budget, and quality. You build relationships with investigators and stakeholders while ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance.

You will drive critical decisions on trial design, vendor selection, and risk management. This is an opportunity to shape how vendors enable faster, quality deliverables across global studies.

Responsabilidades Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials to meet timelines, budget, and quality standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement trial protocols and procedures





Build and manage relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders

Ensure trials comply with local, national, and international regulations and ethical guidelines

Problem-solve and decide on trial design, vendor selection, and risk management

Review vendor-related protocol sections during protocol development

Contribute to vendor contract amendments

Oversee outsourcing, contracting, and sourcing of clinical services

Requisitos principales University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent combination of education & experience

Must be available to start within 4 weeks

Demonstrated ability to drive the clinical deliverables of a study

3+ years of experience with clinical operations processes and vendor management

User acceptance testing for eCOA and IRT
