Overview

As University Recruiter at Veeva, you drive early-career talent growth for the Consultant Development Program across the UK, Germany, and Spain. You will build relationships with European institutions and lead top-of-funnel sourcing to fuel our growth. You'll manage a high-touch pre-boarding experience and cultivate a strong campus and referral network.

This role sits at the intersection of talent, culture, and business impact, helping Veeva scale while upholding our values of speed and employee success.

Responsabilidades Proactive sourcing & outreach to identify top early-career talent across Western Europe in partnership with Talent Marketing

Assess and align candidate applications regionally to ensure fit

Plan and execute university career events, fairs, and campus sessions

Build and nurture a long-term referral pipeline across employee networks and student organizations

Drive high-touch pre-boarding and candidate engagement,



including cohort networking and start-date readiness

Continuously evaluate sourcing channels, iterate digital campaigns, and optimize hiring processes

Requisitos principales 3+ years of talent acquisition experience focused on early-career or university recruiting across European markets

Location: based and work-authorized in the European Union

Fluent in English and Spanish

Execution mindset with speed, accuracy, and operational excellence

Clear, concise, and humble communication with strong stakeholder management
