Be the Product Manager of our website and app and turn them into an increasingly relevant direct sales channel. You are the person who understands how our users behave, who defines and prioritises what gets built, who writes the stories and works daily with development and UX, and who is accountable for conversion from first visit to enquiry and booking. A role for doing, not for managing.
- Own the digital channel functionally (website, app and any other digital channel we develop), its evolution and its results.
- Define and maintain the digital product roadmap, aligned with business goals.
- Analyse the full customer journey, from first search to enquiry, booking and after-sales.
- Identify friction, drop-offs and improvement opportunities at every stage of the digital funnel and turn them into hypotheses and experiments.
- Design and prioritise features by their impact on customer experience, conversion and revenue.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, manage the backlog and run the day-to-day with the development and UX/UI team.
- Run the full product lifecycle: analysis, definition, design, development, launch, measurement and iteration.
- Work with Marketing to understand the source, intent and quality of traffic,
and improve its conversion once it reaches the website or the app.
- Work with Sales to connect the digital journey with human service and improve the close rate of leads generated online.
- Define the success metrics of every launch, measure results and decide whether to improve, scale or discard.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner of transactional digital products, with demonstrable results in conversion and revenue.
- Hands-on experience. You write your own stories, manage your own backlog and are comfortable being the only product person.
- UX and CRO expertise. Experience analysing journeys, identifying friction, forming hypotheses, running A/B tests and improving conversion funnels.
- Advanced use of Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Clarity or Hotjar; you can read a funnel, pinpoint where users drop off, and turn data into decisions.
- Understanding of architecture, integrations and APIs, enough to work daily with development and weigh up technical alternatives, without needing to act as an architect.
