Experteer Overview
In this consultancy-based role, you will shape and advance Voi’s public policy agenda in Southern Europe, focusing on Spain. You’ll build and maintain relationships with federal, regional, and local stakeholders to influence regulatory directions and support tender strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align policy priorities with market opportunities and communicate the company’s position to public and media audiences. This is a chance to shape micromobility policy at the city level and contribute to sustainable urban mobility.

• Develop and nurture relationships with federal, local, and regional stakeholders
• Monitor regulatory developments and municipal requirements to advise on priorities
• Plan and implement favourable regulations at local and regional levels
• Support local partnerships and collaborate with political stakeholders and third parties

• Represent Voi as a point of contact in industry associations at the national level
• Coordinate with external communications to support local communication strategies
• Assist local operations in understanding regulations and aligning with company interests
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in political science, communications, transport, urban planning or similar
• 3+ years of professional experience in politics or public policy
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills
• Analytical, structured approach to identify trends and regulations
• Experience in the mobility sector is a merit
