Experteer Overview
In this role, you own the tutor acquisition engine at Preply, shaping growth across markets and categories. You’ll build scalable acquisition channels and collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Data, and Product to optimize lead-to-tutor conversion. You’ll test and launch new channels, define KPI frameworks, and guide budget decisions to scale the supply of qualified tutors globally. This is a hands-on, high-ownership position in a fast-moving space, offering impact at scale and cross-functional influence. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Monitor SEM and paid social campaign performance for tutor acquisition and drive iterations with Marketing
• Collaborate with SEO and CRM to grow organic acquisition and improve lead-to-tutor conversion
• Own job board strategy and execution across LinkedIn and other boards
• Identify, test, and launch new acquisition channels and partnerships (e.g., referrals, affiliate)
• Define and evolve the acquisition KPI/reporting framework (e.g., ATAC, Conversion Rate, ROI) and guide budget/channel-mix decisions




• Collaborate cross-functionally to create playbooks for scaling
• Build and refine acquisition processes and channel playbooks for future expansion

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in growth/performance marketing or demand generation with hands-on budget ownership (SEM and/or paid social)
• CRM proficiency with funnel math (conversion rate, CAC, LTV/CAC) and KPI framework development
• Proven track record of building and scaling a channel or process from scratch
• Comfort with ambiguity and dual operating modes (central marketing collaboration and independent channel ownership)
• Growth mindset with strong interpersonal and influencing skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data/analytics tools (Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tool a strong plus)
