Where will you work?You will join a well-established international company based in Hospitalet de Llobregat. For confidentiality reasons, the client’s name will not be disclosed during the initial stages of the process.What will you do?In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:- Managing the Order to Cash process for customers.- Handling customer orders (entry, validation, and follow-up).- Monitoring product availability and coordinating with Logistics.- Managing administrative and logistical incidents, ensuring timely resolution.- Overseeing invoicing processes and credit notes.- Monitoring collections and ensuring compliance with payment terms.- Ensuring service quality while building strong and long-lasting customer relationships.Who are we looking for?You're the person we're looking for if you have:- A university degree or vocational qualification.- Some previous work experience (internship or first job),



regardless of the field.- Native or near-native level of Flemish, plus advanced French and English.- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.- Tech-savvy mindset and interest in AI and digital tools.- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability.- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.What we offer?- Permanent contract.- Up 35,000 - 40,000 € gross/year, depending on experience.- Hybrid model: 2 days remote / 3 days in the office.- Versátil working hours (Mon-Thu flexible start, and short working day on Fridays).- International environment with structured onboarding and training.- Meal allowance.- Gym access.- Product discounts.
