You'll work with smart warehousing, autonomous delivery, and innovative technology that keeps goods moving worldwide.



You'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations for JD.com, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet customer demands and company objectives.

Manage and optimize all warehouse processes, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, inventory accuracy, and shipping times, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. logistics, procurement, sales) to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Manage warehouse budget, optimize resource allocation, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Oversee the maintenance and optimal utilization of warehouse equipment and technology. Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce or high-volume distribution environment.

Proven track record of managing large teams and complex warehouse operations. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions.
