As part of our Spare Parts Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the order management and customer service processes for our customers worldwide.





Working closely with experienced colleagues across Operations, Purchasing, Planning and Technical Office, you will contribute to ensuring a smooth and efficient order fulfillment process while delivering an excellent customer experience. As an Order & Customer Specialist, you will: Support the management of customer quotations, orders and shipments, ensuring accurate and timely processing

- Collaborate with internal departments including Purchasing, Planning, Technical Office, Warehouse and Finance to support daily operations
- Previous experience in administrative, customer service, order management or back-office roles
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good command of English (B2 level or equivalent)
- Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus
