Experteer Overview
As Site Manager, you will support project delivery and the commissioning phase, coordinating scheduling, progress tracking, and day-to-day site activities. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to unblock dependencies and ensure smooth execution across PM, logistics, subcontractors, and client stakeholders. The role emphasizes proactive site leadership, safety, and continuous improvement to shorten lead times and boost efficiency. This role offers hands-on influence during installation and commissioning within the EMEA region.

• Lead installation and commissioning teams, allocate tasks and workloads
• Track and report project progress to internal/external stakeholders
• Interpret and manage inbound OEM devices and site activities
• Maintain and manage schedules
• Identify risks and liaise with Project Manager
• Coordinate subcontractors and delivery teams
• Work with QA to raise issues and ensure resolution
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure site requirements are upheld




• Foster a strong Hu0026S environment on site
• Support improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, minimize inventory, and increase profitability
• Improve management of subcontractor activity and maintain preferred supplier performance
• Travel extensively within EMEA to support deployment
• Assist in full commissioning cycle from implementation to closure
• Remain adaptable for additional duties as required
• Occasionally assist other regions with product development structures

Responsabilidades
• Electrical / Mechanical engineering qualification
• Project management experience (advantageous)
• Experience in site-based management/supervisory role
• Fluent in Microsoft applications
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Full driving license
• Highly organized with strong time management and planning skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Practical, methodical approach to tasks
• Ability to arrange subcontractors and delivery teams
