Working closely with Hiring Managers and Directors, you will fully understand their needs, lead the recruitment process, and ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into our team. What will you be doingManagethe end-to-end recruitment process; Conduct thorough screening of candidates through resume review, phone interviews, assessments, and behavioural interviews to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Ensure the best Candidate Experience all along the in all the stages of the recruitment process.
Help the team with different side projects as People Analytics, Recruitment Training, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion and much more!
Your profile ðFluent in English is a must!
German, French, Portuguese and Italian is a plus and extra points if you can charm candidates in more than two languages ;)Proven track record as a Talent Acquisition in International; Western, ROW and General markets, ideally with the hustle of a tech/scale up company pro.
