We are supporting a leading financial services organisation seeking an experienced IAM Application Onboarding Engineer.

The initial focus will be auditing and onboarding applications into SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring they are correctly prepared for access certification. This work will support the organisation’s planned migration to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in September 2027.

Objectives of the Mission

- Onboard new applications into SailPoint IIQ.
- Audit existing applications and identify configuration gaps.
- Prepare applications for access reviews and certification campaigns.
- Configure application connections, identity mappings, roles and entitlements.




- Work with application owners to gather technical and business requirements.
- Help prepare applications for the transition from SailPoint IIQ to ISC.

Experience Required

- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Proven application onboarding and integration experience.
- Good knowledge of access certification, governance and compliance.
- Experience working with connectors, identity attributes, roles and entitlements.
- Knowledge of SailPoint ISC or experience supporting IIQ-to-ISC migrations.
- Previous experience within banking, insurance or financial services.
