In this role you will help manage risk across ADP’s integral payroll provider network to ensure quality, security, and regulatory compliance. You will lead risk assessments, validate controls, and drive remediation within a multinational, fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Operations teams to strengthen ADP’s third-party governance and risk management. This is an opportunity to impact how ADP scales and governs its outsourcing relationships while advancing a robust compliance program.Lead risk-based assessments for new and existing payroll providers, identifying compliance exposures and guiding remediationEvaluate governance structures and risk management frameworks of providersValidate design and effectiveness of key controls and identify gapsCoordinate with providers and internal stakeholders to develop corrective action plans and track remediation to closureConduct enhanced due diligence (sanctions, PEP, adverse media, beneficial ownership verification)Ensure compliance with data governance and records retention for providersCollaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement,
