Job Summary
We are looking for a professional to support the daily management of Security, Safety, and Loss Prevention operations, ensuring the protection of property assets, associates, owners, and guests. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with safety regulations, risk prevention programs, fire and life safety standards, and incident management procedures, while delivering a high level of service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of security and loss prevention operations across the property.
Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and regular inspections of facilities and systems.
Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarms, and fire protection systems.
Participate in incident investigations, reporting, and follow-up corrective actions.
Assist in the implementation of emergency response, evacuation, and fire prevention procedures.
Manage first aid programs and support the handling of workplace accidents, claims, and insurance cases.
Coordinate and monitor Fire & Life Safety (FLS) maintenance contracts and compliance activities.




Liaise with local emergency services, law enforcement agencies, and external contractors.
Deliver training and awareness initiatives on safety and security procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, and corporate standards.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Security, Loss Prevention, Risk Prevention, or a related field.
Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of incident investigation, risk management, and report writing.
Good computer literacy and proficiency with standard office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical background in building systems, fire protection systems, mechanical, electrical, or industrial installations.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Building Services, or related discipline).
Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
