At Manpower, we are currently recruiting an EMEA Reporting Analyst (M,H,X) on behalf of a leading multinational company within the healthcare industry.This opportunity is part of an international reporting team responsible for business analytics reporting and delivering valuable insights to support the commercial organization across the EMEA region.
We are looking for a highly analytical professional with strong technical reporting capabilities, particularly in Power BI and/or Qlik, who enjoys working with data and transforming information into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support business reporting activities across EMEA dashboards.
• Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
• Execute recurring reporting cycles, including management reports, scorecards and operational dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy,



consistency and timely delivery of reports.
• Develop, maintain and improve reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Generate analytical insights to support business decision-making.
• Work independently within an established reporting framework.
• Document processes and ensure adherence to reporting standards.
• Proactively communicate progress, risks and potential issues.
Requirements:
• Proven hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Qlik.
• Strong experience in reporting development, maintenance and dashboard creation.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional level of English.
