We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a private family office. This is a fully remote role within a small team. You'll source across a range of areas — private household and lifestyle staff, finance, and legal consultants.

What You'll Do:

Run the full recruitment cycle end-to-end, from intake call to closed offer

Source and map candidates across private household/lifestyle roles, finance, and legal consultants — proactively, rather than relying only on inbound applications

Manage candidate communication with discretion, given the sensitivity of a family office environment

Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and fit

Partner with hiring stakeholders to define role briefs and interview processes

Track pipeline progress and flag risks or bottlenecks early

Negotiate offers and manage the closing process with candidates

Keep candidate and role data accurate and up to date

Requirements

2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally end-to-end / full-cycle

Fluent in English and Russian, spoken and written





Experience with family offices, concierge services, or travel/hospitality is a plus

Comfortable sourcing and mapping candidates independently

Strong communication skills and good judgment with confidential information

Organised and able to manage several open roles at once

Self-directed and comfortable working remotely as part of a small team
