Description

Keolis is hiring Operations Manager (Manager Service Operations ) for Nantucket, MA.

Salary range: $95k - $105k a year

Knowledge and Experience:
- Two (2) years of Transit/Transportation supervisory, dispatch or combination experience preferred.
- Computer literate to include intermediate experience with MS Office products is required.
- Prior leadership experience of a Fixed Route, Paratransit or similar sized operation preferred.

- High level of attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong organizational planning skills.
- Must be a self-starter
- Strong practical skills.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Ability to work adaptable schedules that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.




- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills required.
- Basic math skills.
- Valid driver's license

Key Accountabilities:

Operational Management
- Direct and oversee daily transit operations, including fixed-route, paratransit, and demand-response services.
- Ensure consistent delivery of safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services.
- Monitor service performance, route adherence, on‑time performance, and system efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and service standards.
- Coordinate response to service disruptions, emergencies, accidents, severe weather events, and customer incidents.
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements to service delivery and resource utilization.

Leadership and Personnel Management
- Lead, supervise, and develop operations supervisors, and frontline transportation personnel.
