Supply Chain Manager , you will participate in a team effort to create a highly efficient operations process in a customer-driven environment, while leading the local SC team to successfully meet business needs. This is an exciting opportunity at a time when we are investing to strengthen our market position.
What will you do?
- Optimization of the supply chain processes while guaranteeing high standards.
- Create analysis tools, statistics and reports to control and improve operations.
- Ensure performance of logistics partners such as transportation, warehousing, contractors, etc.
- Work closely with key stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Service or Finance and other departments to ensure alignment to company goals.
- Manage the shipping, production planning and warehouse teams,
ensuring their wellbeing engagement and performance.
- Support Site Manager, EMEA Supply Chain Manager or Central Team on projects, budget creation and overall KPI reporting.
What are we looking for?
- Experience: At least 5 years' experience in a similar role where team management, Supply Chain expertise, Lean Manufacturing and 5S know-how are key to success. JDEdwards knowledge is highly valued. We will provide any additional training needed.
- Languages : Spanish & English professional level spoken and written is a must.
- Soft skills: Customer focus, Team-player, Strong Communication skills, Flexibility, Proactivity and High Safety conscious. Safety is at the core of our culture.
