Responsibilities Close direct sales of products and/or services to meet individual/team quotas and the organization's business objectives.
Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
Handle inbound and/or outbound sales calls directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers, responding to customer questions and taking orders.
Build rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions, effectively addressing their primary issues regarding the business, patients,



and payer landscape.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives by executing a moderately complex selling process that balances business and customer needs.
Ensure the optimum customer experience and satisfaction by following established processes and procedures.
Maximize revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of reseller partners in specific assigned channels and/or vertical markets.
Locate, evaluate, and recruit potential channel partners including systems integrators, value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, dealers or retailers.
Support partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions, and training to achieve revenue targets.
