In this role you drive the Market People Relations agenda to support business goals while safeguarding compliance and delivering an exceptional colleague experience. You act as a strategic partner to leaders on labour relations, health and safety, and policy implementation, shaping local strategy in alignment with the global Colleague Strategy. You lead the local People Relations team and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to manage risk, support transformation, and leverage data-driven insights. This role offers the opportunity to influence people practices at scale in a fast-paced, integral fashion business.

Responsabilidades
• Qualified lawyer with qualifications in Labour Law, Industrial Relations or related fields
• Minimum 5 years' experience leading and developing teams; extensive People/Employee/ Labour Relations experience
• Solid experience with works councils and trade unions
• Proven ability to resolve complex employee relations matters
• Experience in international and matrix organisations
• Proven coaching and influencing skills with leaders
• Strong stakeholder xghoner management and credibility across organization levels
