In this role you will work on live client engagements across workforce and organizational topics, building AI-enabled assets and gaining ownership of strategic pieces early on. You join a cross-European team that delivers advisory-led people work in partnership with Oliver Wyman. You will develop analytical and client-facing skills, contributing to durable methods and assets for ongoing client impact. The role balances hands-on delivery with apprenticeship and growth toward leadership, in a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Responsabilidades
• Excellent university degree in business, economics, psychology, data/analytics, or related field
• Consultant: internship experience in consulting; Senior Consultant: 1–3 years of consulting or equivalent analytical experience
• Strong analytical and writing aptitude; structured thinking; hypothesis-driven problem solving xghoner
• AI fluency and eagerness to build with AI tools
• Demonstrated interest in people and organization topics
• Team player with high standards; capable of rapid responsibility; willingness for European travel
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
