In this role, you will review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and technology agreements while advising internal stakeholders on legal, commercial, and risk-management matters.

Key Responsibilities
Structure, negotiate, and close client transactions from both legal and business perspectives.
Collaborate with senior contracting legal professionals and internal business stakeholders to prepare for client negotiations.
Review, draft, and negotiate agreements including master services agreements, outsourcing agreements, statements of work, service-level agreements, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, data-transfer agreements, and requests for proposals.
Support agreements involving cloud, blockchain security, automation, systems integration, and agile development.




Work with senior legal professionals on complex contracts and deal structures.
Advise company executives on legal and risk-management matters.
Monitor developments affecting the company, its clients, and relevant industries, incorporating those insights into transactional practices.
Develop subject-matter expertise in areas that support the Legal function and the wider business.
Contribute to internal guidelines, toolkits, and knowledge resources covering legal and business topics.
Support and implement Legal Group initiatives.
Continue developing as a commercially focused, relevant, and technology-enabled contracting professional.
Required Qualifications
Law degree or equivalent qualification.
Authorization and license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
At least five years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing, gained in roles with increasing responsibility with
