What will be your mission?The mission of the role is to provide general legal advice to Minor Hotels Europe & Americas regional office on the day-to-day running of the business, with a particular focus on real estate business, facilitating the implementation of the corporate initiatives and at the same time, following the company guidelines and ensuring the legality in their execution.
Experience in the hospitality industry will be highly valued.
What will you do?
- Review, drafting, and negotiating real estate agreements: MOUs, LOIs, NDAs, lease agreements, management agreements, franchise agreements, sale and lease back agreements, etc.
- Legal advice on M&A; transactions. Negotiation, analysis, and drafting of contracts relating to M&A; transactions (share purchase agreements, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, etc.). Legal assistance in all phases of an M&A; transaction (due diligence process, management of the legal Q&A;, closing and post-closing tasks, etc.)
